We want your Woodlandpod gift to arrive safely, beautifully, and as expected. If something is wrong with your order, we will help make it right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and original packaging.
Because our products include delicate decorative details and gift-ready handling, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

- Used, installed, damaged, or altered items
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Custom, personalized, or final-sale items
- Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may no longer be available.
